(December 9, 2020, 2:31 am)After being told by another company I needed to bring them my keys, then refusing to take the job (kinda rude to me as well), I called NANAIMO TOWING and not only were they super friendly but they also did not need my keys to pick up my vehicle! The guy that brought my vehicle was also super friendly. Will be recommending to friends and family and will be saving on my phone if I ever need them again. Thanks Guys! Friendliness goes a long way.

(January 18, 2020, 3:59 pm)These guys have come to the rescue for my family 3 times in 18 months. Once for a dead battery, twice for other mechanical issues for two different vehicles. They are professional, honest, and really good with kids! We highly recommend their service!
