Very helpful and knowledable staff. Really appreciate the recent call from Michelle to let me know about a service call from my dad's care facility. Since he owns his lift, and Michelle thought of this when the call came in, I was able to get involved and expedite their request saving time and money. She went above and beyond which was so appreciated! Motion has taken all possible precautions at their store with regard to COVID so I had no concerns about going their.

(December 26, 2019, 6:27 am)I purchased an used mobilty walker privtely and ater using it for awhile I decided it was to short I was bent over all the time. I tookit to see if there were taller handles for it Because it was an older model they had to do a little phoning around to finxally come up with a set. I had them delivered to the store and installed in under a week at a price that was very good Thank you so much for the great.service.
