(May 29, 2020, 3:42 pm)Ketan gives the personal service one expects but cannot get at the big chains. I don't go to a pharmacy to buy milk or line up to be served by someone who sees me but is too busy to serve me. Ketan is very helpful when dealing with Pharmacare.

(April 19, 2020, 4:06 pm)I previously used Costco and they're great, but I didn't want to go there for prescriptions given current conditions. I told the pharmacist I wanted to switch and he got everything in place quite quickly and told me my prescription was ready. Terrific service and a load off!

(December 18, 2019, 7:10 pm)The pharmacist went out of his way to call me to tell me that if I went with a 20mg pill opposed to the 10mg pill it would save me $55. He even offered to split them for me. Such a gentleman!

(October 30, 2019, 2:20 am)Pharmacist Ketan Prajapati was extremely nice and very friendly! It was our first time going to this pharmacy to see if they had flu shots. Only place in town that did! He was very generous to a little girl that was afraid of getting her flu shot so he gave her some candy off the shelf to help convince her. We saw a few customers come and go and he seemed very genuine and polite when he was helping the other customers. Way to go!!! I wish he could teach other business owners that this is how you get returning customers.

(October 12, 2019, 4:47 am)So happy with this new pharmacy! The Pharmasist was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I didn't feel like another number like at the bigger stores. Already transferred over my records. Definitely my primary pharmacy from now on?
