(February 11, 2019, 2:58 am)I have been wanting to learn about Pole fitness and see how I could further push myself into comfort zones for years. My ego takes over and I tell myself that I'm not good enough, strong enough.... I will do it when I loose 5 more pounds, I'll do it when I have more time, I'll do it when I have more money... The excuses go on and on. Kristy has been gently asking me for a whole year "Are you ready to come to class?". She has been so patient and understanding and she simply waited until I showed up. Wow!! Kristy. Thank you sooooo much!! I questioned the outside of the building as I drove up thinking it was going to be too overwhelming, this building is huge, oh no!! How many people are here??? Bla.... bla... bla ... I walked in and I took a deep calm breath. It is PERFECT! A little hidden Gem. Kristy has a small setting, there were 4 of us that day! She has created a calm atmosphere that you will not only see but you can absolutely feel. Kristy is the best multitasker. It was my first day and we all started off the same with a warm up. Kristy intregated a circuit between the three of us at each of our levels without pausing or having to wait for direction. The class ran so smoothly the hour was over way too fast!
I love the smile on your face kristy when i attempted a pose and held it! You were just as excited as I was! Sooooo many times she made me feel like I was the only one in the room. Encouraging me and guiding me thru hand placement and shoulder engagement. Kristy is very passionate about her studio and clients. Her support is what keeps me coming back! What an amazing workout!! I could feel every muscle for 3 days! Hahahahaha
The music was a great mix and we had a few laughs at some lyrics to the perfect timing of poses and stretches. Love it!!! Yep!
I'm addicted to pole!
