Dr. McKenzie is best here in Nanaimo. Her and her team are well organized, professional and have also created a very safe environment during our current global pandemic. If you are looking for a top notch dental practice, look no further!

I have been a long time patient. I highly recommend all the dentists at this office. They always keep your best interest in mind, and make sure you’re happy. I have had nothing but a great experience here, always feel welcome and comfortable. They explain their findings thoroughly, so you understand what’s happening. Great, clean, professional office. Right from when you walk in the door to when you leave. You’re taken care of, and are in good hands ☺️
I almost wanted to cancel my appointment when I saw the 2.5 star review but I am really glad I didn't. Unfortunately I don't remember my hygienist's name but she was great, made me feel comfortable and cared for. It was really chilly in there and she noticed I was cold without me saying anything about it and offered me a clean warm blanket. She was thorough and professional with explaining what she was doing. Every one of the staff seemed friendly, their covid protocols made me feel safe, and overall I have no complaints and think this place deserves better recognition :)
