I chose Alair from 3 companies I interviewed and I am so happy I did. Alair, and our project manager Dustin, did an outstanding job, They were professional, really responsive to any potential issues and the work they did and manged through the trades they used was absolutely first class. The project was completed on time and there were no surprises on cost because their system allowed me to track every expenditure along the way. They also helped my Daughter with her reno project and agin we were all 100% satsified. I can honestly say that based on my experiences I wouldn't have anyone else do any renovations but Alair.

Super happy with the work done by Alair Homes Cowichan from the initial consultation meeting to completion of our project. Nothing but praise for their honest direction and advice. Always got back to us in a timely manner when we left messages. The sub trades were professional and considerate. The completed renovation was just what we wanted. We are very happy with them and would highly recommend them.

Alair Homes CV is great. The team is extremely knowledgeable, always responsive on questions or concerns, and very professional. Go above and beyond to make the customer happy; we are very happy to of met Dustin, we were able to call him about an issue on our home (not build by him) and he came over that evening to make sure it wasn’t anything that needed immediate attention. We’ve had numerous conversations about wanted updates in our home with absolutely no pressure. Dustin is just genuinely one of the nicest people and actually goes an extra mile to make sure he is thorough on his communication and plans. 100% recommend.

We hired Dustin to build our custom home and LOVED the experience start to finish. Dustin and his Project Manager Brandon were with us every step of the way. They took the time to explain the process and how we were in control of the budget. I liked being able to pick and choose how my money was spent on finishes, with nothing standard included. It was all custom. We would highly recommend Dustin & Brandon to anyone looking for a builder!
