(July 9, 2018, 11:02 pm)I've been happy with the supplies (usually know what I want without assistance) and the framing service. But today my son (3rd year art student) was in and they told him .7mm pencil leads do not exist; that they only come in even sizes, even after he insisted! (Maybe YOU only order even sizes). Staff reportedly did not know what gouache was. I am going to guess you had a framing expert confidently comment on media they were not familiar with.
