(March 29, 2022, 7:20 pm)I didn't even know there was a Thule Store in the Greater Vancouver Area. Was pleasantly surprised when I found out there is one at Park Royal. I went in to grab a Gauntlet laptop case and the staff were super helpful both on the phone and in person. I much prefer to purchase things in person instead of paying and waiting for shipping. As anyone who owns any Thule products knows, they're the best of the best! My only sadness is that the laptop case only comes in a 13 inch or 16 inch. I wish there was one in-between

I went in to get a Thule Urban Glide 2 for my son, having heard great things about its functionality. The manager was incredibly nice, helpful, and informative, as was the other staff member that day. They unpacked it, put it together, inflated the tires and checked it over, and we were able use it out the door.
The store is well laid out and bright. I loved the Thule roof racks I've had in the past, and it's great to actually be able to see all of the new options in front of you. I'll be getting one from this store when the time comes. The Chariot bike trailer is also tempting...
I had no idea Thule made some of the other cool stuff they have in store. It is definitely going for a visit to have a look.
With Ambleside just across the parking lot, I was able to immediately try out the stroller on a lovely walk. My son approved. -

(February 18, 2022, 5:30 am)So happy to have flagship Thule store at Park Royal. Recently bought a new baby stroller and accessories. Staff are amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I give 5 stars for the professionalism, and quality. Excellent experience. Will definitely shop there again for great selection of products.

(February 5, 2022, 5:36 am)Had an amazing customer experience at the newly opened Thule in Park Royal Village. Dan went above and beyond to help us out with our (very lovingly used) double stroller. After they couldn't replace a part that was broken, they ended up replacing the entire stroller for us. Was blown away by the communication, experience, speed, and dedication to providing a high quality product and great service. Thanks again Dan and the rest of the team.

(January 26, 2022, 5:04 am)I was thrilled to happen upon this new store. Awesome to have so many of Thule’s brilliantly designed gear in one swank store. I happened to be looking for a ski attachment for our chariot and the manager went above and beyond to get it for me (he drove to another store to pick it up!). These guys are great! we already know how great the products are - fun to check out some of their backpacks and strollers
