This type of customer service almost unheard of this day and age. This is now my #1 destination for any future purchases!

(April 7, 2017, 5:19 pm)Philip at Liquid Sound in my opinion is your best choice for sales and advice when it comes to high fidelity audio or home theatre. He is always keeping up to date on the latest products and really knows his stuff. He is not your typical sales person that is just trying to make a sale. He actually understands the science behind the operation and construction of the components in every product - from the source to the cables to the amplifier to the speaker to the room the speakers are in... and even how the human ear works and detects sounds in different ways. As an engineer, this knowledge was well appreciated when dealing with him. I have known him for over a decade and he is the guy I will continue to consult for my high fidelity needs. I'm so glad I met him when I did. He is a 5 star lifetime experience, and has my unequivocal endorsement in the high fidelity arena.

Both the equipment and the install services were priced sharply and they truly care about the work they do. Would use them again and refer them without hesitation.
They recommended and installed super high quality products. They introduced me to monitor audio which is a great speaker brand with great features and build quality. -

(May 15, 2015, 8:22 pm)I have had two other contractors in other houses in different cities. Liquid Sound is by far the best experience I have had in installations and customer service. They are courteous, very knowledgeable, well trained, and professional in their execution. Previous installers had left the equipment rack looking like a rats nest, and Liquid Sound quickly transformed it into a proper professional rack. They followed up on post installation queries, and were very patient. They provided useful suggestions, but never pushed to try and sell any items. I have no hesitation in recommending them as excellent installers, providing superior service, with a great product.
