(May 27, 2019, 11:26 pm)helpful and friendly staff and the best consistency with their fruit tea. The fruit always tastes so fresh and crisp. LOVE passionfruit!! and the green plants make the space cozy, I actually like sitting in this Fraser store people watching.

(April 29, 2019, 5:07 pm)Friendly staff at this location. Newly renovated and tons of free parking behind and on the streets. Would recommend this location as it's very accessible with lots of tables and seating as well.
