(February 11, 2018, 1:13 am)We needed to transfer the ownership of a vehicle that was coming from out of province and had a couple of other issues that made it very complicated. Other insurance agencies gave us incorrect information and were not able to complete the transfer. Harjinder spent over an hour with us working through all the problems and solving them. We weren't even buying insurance so he didn't make any money off of us. It was the best customer service I have received anywhere in a long time. We will be coming here for all our vehicle insurance in the future.

Dave from Multiple Insurance came in during a Holiday (Nov 11) to help me out and get my car insurance renewed as I had forgotten and it was about to expire. Not only did he come in when the store was closed but his quote for the AutoCover (third party insurance) was 10% cheaper than the next best quote (identical comprehensive / collision / etc.) and almost 30% cheaper than I was quoted from another company providing AutoCover. These guys are the best which is why I use them year after year and year.
