(July 18, 2020, 5:39 pm)Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! They took great care of my dog and were very patient explaining everything to me and providing treatment options. My dog suffered for a long time and after one day there (and the treatment at home and new diet as prescribed by the vet), he is doing great!

(July 9, 2020, 5:49 pm)First time going here when we found out our new kitten had worms. They were very friendly and attentive. Went on a Saturday and the office called to check up on her on the following Wednesday, very impressed because I've never experienced a check up call from a vet before and this is our second cat. The appointment fee is only $10 to $15 dollars more than a regular vet but those aren't open on weekends. We will definitely use them again!

(June 8, 2020, 3:04 pm)I was extremely impressed on how professional and extremely helpful the entire staff was starting from my initial phone call. They took my cat in and tended to him right away .
I was so pleased on how they kept me informed the whole way through . They did blood tests , X-rays , ultrasound and a full check up . They are open 24 -7 and delivered 5 star service very late on a Sunday night . -

(June 8, 2020, 2:32 pm)We came all the way from West Vancouver to have our cat looked after. They are open 24 hours a day seven days a week and on Sunday they took care of our cat .
There were other pet hospitals closer to us but none of them were able to take us in. They looked after her cat made sure that we were kept informed the whole way through and before midnight we picked up her cat and took him home.
They went way out of their way to make sure that there was constant communication and that we were properly informed of all steps and procedures. They are a full-service hospital for pets. We highly recommend them to others that are looking at this review . -

(August 4, 2016, 3:40 pm)Our kitty Moo really was not doing well. Dr Ranjan was very patient with us since we were quite stressed out. Having looked after a sick cat for many years prior. Provided excellent care and service. Replied to all my concerns after the fact. Would recommend and use again.
