(October 14, 2021, 10:45 pm)Saw their fish n chips at a grocery store, thought I'd give them a try. Absolutely delicious. Crispy cod, nice size pieces. Good fries. A bit more expensive than the big store offerings but well worth it. Ordered online a case of salmon and case of soup. Website says same or next day pickup. Email receipt says wait for email confirming order ready. Didn't get an email so 4 days later went to store. Order ready, must have been a glitch. Fantastic store. Well stocked. Clams, crabs and other goodies. Friendly counter person. Lots of parking. Covid protocols. Salmon very very good. Haven't tried soup yet, but looks good. Local outfit. My new go to for fish. Easy website. Free delivery with minimum order. Highly recommend.

(December 17, 2020, 11:04 pm)Hands down THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER had! I have 2 little boys with multiple food allergies, but they can eat their haddock fish bites and they love them! But.... I couldn't find them anywhere near where we live for well over a month. I contacted customer service to see if they could point me to a store that might in my area and they ended up sending me multiple boxes instead! To say thank you just doesn't seem like enough! But THANK YOU Ross and Melissa! You have made 2 boys very happy!

We absolutely love the salmon bacon and ham-style honey smoked salmon roast. You pay a premium to have frozen seafood shipped overnight, but the items are always packaged thoroughly with great care. Simply West Coast is a new staple in our household and a welcome pandemic-times splurge to experience the best of BC.
