(November 22, 2020, 8:59 pm)First time visiting this salon and Jan was very receptive even though I didn't make an appointment. She was very meticulous and friendly throughout. We spoke in Cantonese but her English is good as we interspersed our conversations in English as well. All in all, an enjoyable experience and I will be visiting Jan again for my next cut! Recommend to book an appointment as I got lucky when I went that she a free slot available.

I had haircut after 10 years and i am so so much happy by the results. She is the best.
I had very long hair and it took around 1 and a half hour but she was so patient. I literally love my new look.
