He was meticulous in every step of the process, in the cutting, bleaching, dying, treating, and styling of my hair. His work completely exceeded my expectations despite the already good reviews I heard from multiple friends. After bleaching/dying my originally black hair a mix of brown/beige/lavendar balayage, my hair feels even smoother and healthier than it was before! I will definitely come back, and 100% recommend him to anyone!

(March 31, 2021, 8:05 pm)Shawn was great! Lots of attention to detail and you can tell his dedication. He was wonderful in taking on the challenge of saving my hair. I needed to be ready for an engagement shoot, and I put my trust in him based on his work; I was not disappointed. His English is broken, but still understands exactly what you want. My hair had got to an unmanagable state, and is now beautiful and healthy again!

(February 20, 2021, 4:49 pm)I had a great experience with Sean! He was so warm and helpful with the hair process, and answered all the questions I had. I went from blonde to brunette, which you can see here. He really took his time in making sure he was doing a good job, and the colour turned out beautiful. It seemed slightly darker than the shade I’d picked, but nevertheless I’m obsessed!!! He has definitely gained a loyal new client :)

The owner was kind enough to fit me in near the end of what seemed like a very busy workday.
You can tell that the owner is very committed to ensuring his clients have the best experience and cut possible. Despite running behind with another client who had a more complicated request than he had expected, he took the time to deliver exactly what she needed.
He was very meticulous with his work, even staying beyond closing to ensure that he did a fantastic job with my cut and style. He also took the time to explain some different ways that my hair could be styled.
I would give a 7/5 rating if I could!
