This organization does a lot for people in the Vancouver community offering quality services at accessible rates for families. Couldn’t be happier to be involved with such an organization.

For the last three years I have been involved with the students and parents coming to LDS to take advantage of their specialized, scientific and data-driven help through individually tailored tutoring strategies for the students in need. Staff keep improving programs and the results are heartwarming and life-giving to these special young students. I wish I had found them 5 years ago!

Working with others who are passionate about the cause and motivated by purpose is a unique environment.I would describe our team as talented, creative, collaborative, inclusive, open-minded, with a great sense of humour. What I love most about my job is the flexibility, work-life balance, and opportunities for growth and advancement! I feel very supported and valued, and look forward to helping move the mission forward and making a bigger impact in my community!
