Giuliano was the best realtor we could possibly have! We were 1st time home buyers, with 2 dogs and we found out a twin pregnancy during our search process. Through it all, he was extremely patient in explaining in detail every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable of the BC's house market and kept us calm to make a big purchase in a crazy hot market.
