Carol was informative, accommodating and quick to respond to questions and inquiries. The whole Genesis experience was great in comparison to prior car purchases and dealing with normal car dealerships. I highly recommend Genesis Vancouver if you are looking at Genesis or any other luxury vehicle for that matter.

I had an amazing buying experience and was able to work out a favourable deal trading in my last car. August was helpful the whole time, let me borrow a vehicle for a few days while waiting for mine to come in and made the experience very pleasant and easy. Highly recommended.
