Some of the units are not parallel, will be difficult to choose proper furniture to fit in

Smell/ Noise: ⭐️
Surrounding factories cause a mix of annoying smells. Always buses horn sound and skytrain noise.
Air: ⭐️
Very large windows in room but can only open a bit, which heat up the room especially during summer and heat wave🥵
Strata: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very friendly staff and always remind residents to pickup their parcels.
