(July 1, 2020, 11:25 pm)Ordered takeout food because there is no seat in restaurant at the moment. Food tasted good and yummy but was a bit soggy. However, the wait was long even though I ordered online and stated food would be ready by a certain time. Got there a few minutes early and waited in my car for the food to be delivered to me. Waited and waited...after waiting for 20 minutes the bag of food came. Yay ? I think my food was packaged up but the staff didn’t bring me the food as when I got home the burger was soggy. Would have given them 4 ⭐️ if food was brought out to me on time.
UPDATE: I recently went back to this White Spot and had much better service than I originally had. Take out service experience was much better. On my phone I click on the email to let them know I arrived at their parking lot. Food was delivered to me a minute later. ? It was also dinner time and their lot was half full. Food was delivered on time. I rate this White Spot 4 stars. Thank you! -

(March 25, 2019, 4:09 pm)Looks like fast food but it is a restaurant. Something like IHOP in U.S. i enjoyed their burger and onion wings. Looks and taste like fresh onion rings and no any frozen-ready-made. I would recommend.
