The gym and the equipment are clean.
The equipment is always in working order.
The staff is helpful and gives tips and tricks when asked. They will play exercise videos to assist you during the transition stations, if you are out of ideas.
The speed and intensity that you work at is your choice, so the work out is as easy or as difficult as you choose. There are no ego's here, everyone just wants to stay in shape and have fun! -

(September 16, 2015, 12:05 am)Curves is a women's only facility. This makes it a very comfortable environment. But what enhances it is the mother-daughter team who run it. They both know a lot about the body and how to exercise to fine tune it. Both women smile a lot and have positive things to say and suggest. Everyone gets treated nicely and they promote a harmonious atmosphere. The place is super clean and the machines run well and seem new. They help you both on the machines and with the exercise programs. This 4th ave. Curves was recommended to me by a friend and I joined for a year on the first visit. I'm happy I did because my body goes there willingly to its benefit!
