NAPA AUTOPRO - Champlain Service

I've been servicing my vehicles at this shop for 10 years. Peter is honest, reliable and always makes me feel taken care of. I wish more companies offered this kind of service that this shop provides. I used to live in the area and was initially recommended by a BCAA tow truck driver. I now live in North Vancouver and still take both of our cars to Peter. I recommend him to all of our friends and family.

I work at a Seniors Home in Vancouver and am the Bus Driver here.
NAPA at Champlain has been nothing but phenomenal... Just this last week when we tried to restart our Bus (having been sitting for a few months during COVID) realized it wouldn't start. Called in and Peter over at NAPA, although probably very buys, told me to bring the bus in and he'd take a look. We've been given permission to restart bus trips with restrictions, and we hoped to take the Seniors out tomorrow... I gave them a call today just to check in, and told me to my surprise that the bus was fixed and someone already had driven it back to us!

Great customer service, honest, reliable, friendly. I can't say enough great things about my experience with Peter and Scott at Napa Auto. They turned a really bad time into a wonderful experience. They'll really take care of you and put you first. They give you a big picture before moving forward with anything and really take the time to communicate effectively. I Will only go back to them from now on.

Peter and his crew are top notch professionals. I've been taking my Mazda there for after warranty work for years and they always solve any issues very quickly. I recently had a repair and the part was going to be about 1200 dollars new to replace but the guys at Champlain called around and got me a used part for a quarter of the price. I highly recommend these guys.

About ten years ago I worked across the street from the shop, my car needed service, and my co-worker told me there was a good guy on the corner. Even though I haven't worked across the street in over 8 years I still take my car to Peter and his team.

I know very little about how cars work-but Peter explains what needs to be done now and what we need to watch for in the future. I appreciate his approach and manner.
