(July 28, 2020, 9:55 pm)I visited this location for the first time today and I am very happy with the service. I was a bit leery at first after reading all the negative reviews. But my appointment was handled quickly and efficiently. My blood was drawn expertly and proficiently. Perhaps Covid has eliminated the crowds and the stressed-out employees, because I saw none of that here. Combined with easy parking at Champlain Mall, this is now my location of choice!
