- not looking like a reference picture the customer brought in
- not being available due to high business volume
- not being styled exactly to your expectation on the first visit
As a customer who has frequented this establishment for the past 4 years, you learn to call this business a true neighbourhood gem. Yet, the self-entitlement of a few customers still manage to stain a business' hard-earned reputation. -
