I had a haircut with Kim yesterday and am very happy with the cut and experience and will definitely be going back. Kim is friendly and professional, she introduced herself and conversation was light. Kim's Salon is tidy and clean and she was clear on the phone that both she and I would need to wear a mask. I'm so happy with my haircut!

(May 16, 2020, 3:29 pm)I love Loi's. I've been coming here when I can for at least 10 years. I live in the suburbs of Vancouver but will come out here just to come to Loi's. People have asked where I get my hair done and I happily let them know. Some people here are citing unprofessionalism but I have to disagree. The way they do things is just different. There's something about this place that feels homey and I love that. Highly recommend Loi's and I will always come back.

(March 30, 2020, 5:57 am)Good prices, good cuts. My hair always ends up evenly cut on all sides and my sideburns both match up at the same level. The owner is a nice lady that recognizes her repeat customers. She also maintains her washroom very well.
