(July 14, 2020, 6:32 pm)This is a hidden gem in East Vancouver. Love the macaroons and loaves from here. The bakers seem to be a couple and probably is a family business. Would recommend to anyone and buy my own birthday cakes from this bakery. Thumbs up

Hidden away nondescriptly in a strip mall in the Hastings Sunrise area, this fabulous french bakery offers up classics like real butter coissants, pain chocolat and napoleons. The have daily fresh baked loaves of artisan breads and creative cakes and pastries. Never mind going to usual outlets for macarons as PBC's variety of unique flavours will have your mind intrigued and taste buds watering on sight. A genuine and very nice team work here, it's very clear they are proud of their bakery and stand behind their products. Give them a try next time you're in the area and experience some East Van Posh!

(February 27, 2018, 6:52 am)Very impressed by cakes and pastries. Just stumbled on the place on the way home with my wife. Had the right balance of sweetness and tasty ingredients. Will be back to try more items. The place is spotless.
