I have had the pleasure to try this food truck on a few occasions and have not been disappointed.
Recently had their “All Day Brunch Box” which consists of fried lemon grass chicken sandwich, a fried egg, and side of tater tots. What more could you ask for in deep fried goodness! The chicken is a darker meat, juicy, and more flavorful. The pickled slaw could use more pickling flavor to help cut some of the grease feeling from the chicken (though it is not extremely greasy to begin with). The fried egg is always a nice touch but the yolk could be a tad runnier (make sure to specify this if you prefer, I had forgotten). Overall it’s a nice explosion of flavours.
The tater tots were phenomenal and really satisfied the craving.
The staff/owners were super friendly as well.

(October 18, 2021, 10:05 pm)We've tried a few menu items and everyone of them have been amazing so far. Crispy, savoury, and oh so goooood! I'm really enjoying the mix of fresh flavours Henry's is bringing to the neighbourhood...plus it pairs perfectly with your favourite brew!

They make one of the best chicken wings I’ve ever tasted. Moist, full of flavour and served scorch-your-mouth hot. Comes in a variety of dipping sauces but honestly, plain is the way to go. Super friendly service! -

(January 21, 2021, 1:32 am)We got an email at work from this place that it was open for lunch around the corner and I volunteered to be the tester. Given my boyfriend is half Vietnamese, he loves the food but is picky so this was a good test. Wow it's so good, that chicken is amazing. I mean everything I bought was so good. Salad rolls are wrapped like perfectly. Chicken was light and delicious. Buns were perfect, we were worried about it being too crispy but wow, blew our mind. 10/10 would eat it again. And the gentleman was very nice!

(January 20, 2021, 9:19 pm)Tried this place for the first time yesterday and I think I've found my new favourite Vietnamese restaurant! We got takeout and everything was packed so nicely, the food was still hot. I had the pork and friend chicken box on vermicelli, and it was SO good! Oftentimes the vermicelli ratio is off and I end up with too much but this was perfect, and you get so much food for the price! If I had eaten breakfast I don't think I would have been able to finish. Definitely will be coming back again! Going to try the tater tots next time. (PS the photo does not do the food justice, I was just really excited to eat)
