    A moment for yourself...
I totally agree with the comment of Milena Wales. It is indeed Meditation made easy. Nathalie was my first Yoga teacher over a decade ago. Since many years, i wanted to take her Deep Meditation class. All along, i had the feeling that some day, i would be going on the West Coast for this Class. And, i was fortunate enough to be in Vancouver last October and follow Nathalie's class.
If like me, you think that you do not have enough time to meditate, you will have a good surprise because i find that it gives its best benefits when life is crazy with so many things to do every day. It is a moment that you give yourself to get away. I look for this peaceful moment to disengage and rest my mind.
Nathalie is an excellent teacher and made this class very comprehensible. Good follow up too ! :-)
    Merci beaucoup Nathalie !

I have practiced meditation on and off my whole life (self -taught). I felt like it was time to have some formal meditation training. Nathalie was able to do just that. Very convenient (zoom) and flexible times. Nathalie was able to convey the concepts and science behind a meditation practice in an easy to understand way which makes the practice more approachable. I highly recommend her.

    Meditation made easy!
I never thought I'd be writing the above words. Meditation used to be something I kept trying, because it was allegedly good for me. I first started after my initial 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. I'd read many books with quite good explanations on what it is and how to do it. I'd also tried a lot of the popular apps with or without subscription.
Somehow, none of the methods stuck, I couldn't make any of them a habit - WHY? Because I never looked forward to it, meditation always felt like a huge effort.
Then I watched an interview with Nathalie, who explained that meditation can and should be effortless.
    I was intrigued...
I started working with Nathalie in January 2021 after an introductory Zoom call.
Nathalie intertwines the science and the spiritual aspects of meditation flawlessly, speaking to the scientist skeptic within me and breaking down the conscious barriers.
Little did I know that I was approaching one of the most turbulent periods of my life and I do credit my newly established meditation practice with keeping me strong and stable and allowing me to graciously arrive at the other end of this growth phase. I am tempted to say, that through my meditation practice I have gleaned insights from deep within myself, instead relying on external guidance.

I first came across Nathalie while my wife and I were researching Bernie Clarke’s Yin yoga training In Vancouver and we thought we would do the June Yin course and then Nathalie’s meditation course the following week .... then along came Covid 19 .... Thankfully i have been able to do both online and i am still working with Nathalie. I had reached an impasse or blockage of some kind in my mediation, it was not as fulfilling as it once had been having become perhaps too technical.
Nathalie is exceptional in her ability to guide without directing, to adjust without explicit hard correction. She has been flexible in delivering the course so far and in adjusting to best suit the needs of me as a student.
I feel confident i am in the hands of a knowledgeable and compassionate guide and look forward to the rest of the journey .... without expectations of course 😆😆

Nathalie was my first yoga teacher many many years ago, and I was happy to be her student again in the deep meditation course. She skillfully adjusted the content to suit my personal needs and dedicated time and attention to answer any and all questions. Nathalie has such an in-depth understanding of the practice, something which really comes through in her teaching.
The deep meditation practice in itself has completely changed my life. I have always been a light sleeper but nearly instantly after starting with this technique, I found myself sleeping through a whole night - something I never thought would be possible!! I also found a new sense of calm, both in body and mind. Thank you Nathalie for this life-long gift"
