Forte

My husband & I & our 2 dogs moved into Forte only 3 wks ago & it has already exceeded my expectations! When so many places said no to 2 dogs, Forte was the only bldg that said yes. We were left a care package in our suite…. A gesture realtors do when people buy a new home… we’re renting & we received the same gesture, a very nice intro to living here. The management, staff & tenants are all so kind & friendly! So far, the gym is the only amenity I’ve used & it’s a clean, well equipped gym. I look forward to using the pool next summer! They had a food truck come here for tenants to enjoy a free pizza & drink, & I’ve been told they hold community events around holidays, & just because, which I think is pretty cool! The bldg is quiet & very well kept, & the communication about things going on in bldg is excellent, the people are lovely & the neighbourhood is so beautiful & calm.

Forte on 14th is a great place to live.

My wife and I moved into Forte on 14th a few months ago and we have been very happy. Our new home is located in a great neighborhood which is conducive to walking, as we are located near shopping, cafés and groceries. We also enjoy great building amenities which include a car wash station, on-site barbeques, bike storage and much more. Regular resident events offer those of us fortunate enough to live here a true sense of community. The on-site staff are courteous and their attention to detail ensures the property and building are clean and well maintained.

My wife and I have lived at Forte for ever 20 years and we love our home. The on-site management team, Dvorka and Sasa, are very professional and approachable and do a fantastic job of maintaining and improving this wonderful building. The amenities shared with our sister building are great. Forte is a wonderful place to call home.

You will find your home here at the heart of Kitsilano. Gorgeous suites, brilliant management, friendly people, and billion dollar view.

My partner and our dog have been living here for just over a year and we love it. The management team, as well as the contractors and janitorial staff, are incredible. Whenever we have had a maintenance request or inquiry we have received prompt responses and solutions. The company has also gone above and beyond by providing the residents with fun events or surprises such as hosting a food truck for the residents and giving out donuts or other fun treats.
The building is extremely well kept and is quiet. The amenities are fantastic and even through Covid have been easily accessible.
Lastly, the community as a whole is lovely. The tenants here are approachable and respectful.
