(May 11, 2021, 11:28 pm)Life saver! A very supportive gentleman helped me fix a heavily jammed circular saw in minutes, then taught me how to properly install a saw blade (rookie mistake made couple of years ago). Don't throw away broken Dewalt tools. Come to this shop to revive it! :-)

The warranty doesn't always cover things, but they are extremely fair and when they can't fix something they are proactive in providing solutions. I love the range of products they have in stock and the prices generally seem to be as good or, more often, better than elsewhere. I liked DeWalt before I ever had to go to the service centre, but this store has solidified my brand loyalty through great service.

They also do excellent repair work on tools and have always been my first place to go to when I'm in need of some new tools. The staff there are always helpful and knowledgable, making for a way better customer experience than what Home Depot offers.
