When working with a realtor on the buying side, you need someone to give you an honest opinion about the properties you are looking at. Does it work for the family? Is it in a good location? Does it need work and if so how much? You want someone who guides you and helps you with making important decisions that you may not consider on your own. That is exactly what Chantal brought to the table. She was honest and open about the homes we looked at and really felt that she had our best interest in mind.

Our requirements on the purchase side were very specific and Chantal was very patient with us as we viewed many properties. Finally we landed on one property and moved forward with an offer. Chantal guided us through that process and worked with the seller's realtor to negotiate a satisfactory outcome.
