(October 6, 2017, 3:59 pm)My wife and I had the best experience with their customer service, my only complain is that we could not take a buss all the way to the location but the pilot was so nice that in our way back she even gave us a ride back to downtown Vancouver. The other reviews ..i bet haven’t even flown with them. They are just complaining because they live in a city and expect it to be quite... helicopters are not quite.
