(May 15, 2020, 8:52 pm)I recently bought a duffle bag off their website and when it arrived it had a stain on one side. I emailed customer service and they replied very fast, and we decided to get the defect bag returned and they sent me a new one. The new bag came within 5 days! I’m very happy with the way customer service handled this damaged product and my new duffle bag is wonderful. I will continue to buy from Herschel in the future!
