I am writing this review to say that I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by Ilan Garmasie of Maple Leaf Management. He showed me three separate units on two occasions (including making special arrangements with the current tenant in one unit). He was courteous, helpful, honest and not pushy. He genuinely tried to help me find a unit that would work for me at Arbutus Residences. While I decided against Arbutus Residences in the end, I really appreciated Ilan's assistance and prompt service throughout my search process. He was even good enough to recommend a mover to me, and helped to alleviate what can be a stressful process. Thanks very much, Ilan, for your exceptional service!

We have recently rented an apartment with the Arbutus Residences. We appreciate the support of the management team and their willingness to accommodate our needs as we reviewed units and options. I moved into this place at early March. The facilities of this apartment as well as the management team are fantastic. As a recently built apartment, it has brand new furniture and more importantly a friendly and helpful management team. I especially appreciate the support of Ilan Garmaisei. This new community offers wonderful living in the heart of Vancouver's westside. With concierge service, lovely amenities, and proximity to Safeway and the Arbutus Greenway, this is living a lifestyle.

The leasing and property associate, Ilan Garmaise, delivers outstanding customer service. From the moment I took my tour with him through my move-in, Ilan exceeded my expectations with the care he took to personally ensure everything I needed was addressed.

I have just leased an apartment at Arbutus Residences and will be moving in in May. I was looking for a place I could call home for many years. I was impressed with the apartments and the complex. My apartment has a lovely balcony that overlooks a central quadrangle that is beautifully landscaped with an area for children. That makes me happy. I want to live in a community of people of different ages and where pets are allowed. I also like that the development is new and the apartments are nicely finished and air-conditioned. The representative of the management company I am dealing with is Ilan Garmaise. He has been lovely to deal with, answering my questions, addressing my needs and concerns and helping to relieve some of my moving anxiety.

The management office here is very helpful. Since we moved in, we received a lot of help, especially from Van, who helped us move furniture up to our apartment. She responded to emails/ whatsap quickly and efficiently, helped us print stuff for free, told us where to make key copies, and much more. The whole moving process went smoothly and we are more than satisfied with our new home.
