Great show homes and professional staff. Townhomes are bright, with big windows, have plenty of amenities. Only con: strata and prices are a bit on higher side. Also, note this is lease hold land (first nations). But if you can afford it, I think it's totally worth it.
Looks like a great new development. In a professional capacity I have been inside several different townhouses with differing layouts. I would buy there if I was in the market.

They were both very knowledgeable of the development and purchase details and were clear with their explanations and were available at any time to guide me when I needed it. I made many visits to the show home and each time was greeted by their cheerful personalities.
