The staff at Sprite are so friendly and extremely caring and helpful. They aren’t at all pushy to make a sale and will give you their honest feedback and suggestions for your computer needs.

They are also a UPS access point and deserve a medal with all the BS that UPS puts their customers through.

    I very highly recommend Sprite!

Went here on a Groupon for the virtual reality gaming, and had such a good experience they have earned a customer for life. Great for kids- mine is beaming, we will be back soon!!!! In general, the staff is knowledgeable and kind - excellent customer service, quality and pricing. I don’t live in the city but will make the drive to bring all my electronics here. Also coming back for my kids birthday party. Totally worth it.

[SPRITE Multimedia Systems Ltd.] Has without a doubt, in my personal humble opinion, the *BEST* customer service a person can offer within their business.

Five years ago, I came across a small corner store in surrey, [Sprite] it said on the sign board.

"Huh, that's an interesting name.." So I went in.

Greeted by the breeze of the refreshing ventilation of fully running air conditioners during a hot summer day, I was pleasantly greeted with a welcoming voice from Mike, the owner.

I looked around and said "What's does this store do..?"

"Well, we sell and build Custom PCs. Fix PC and Laptop issues, software and hardware.. if it's something we can fix and.."

Mike described to the young man who strolled in the store in daylight, just like he would to any other customer despite the pubescent boy obviously not being able to afford anything they have to offer.

Impressed by the towering high-spec PCs that I've never laid my eyes upon until then, I blurted out, "Wow these computers are amazing".

"You can try them if you want" said Rory, the expert in PC building, computer hardware, and many others.

    And so I did.

I spent hours trying out, and playing the games that I was playing at the time.

I always dreamed of being able to stream my games, especially due to the fact that I was quite good at them at youth. Although I couldn't afford them I wanted to try it to see how much money I would need for the specs required for what I want.

    And they would let me.

Despite the fact that I've been obviously overstaying my welcome by spending hours testing and playing, despite the fact that I was a teen child without any money, they allowed me to see all I needed to see, and proceeded to further teach me about the world of computers and how they work.

There was zero discrimination, and only respect through and through, person to person.

    I felt accepted.

Allowing the customer feel perfectly welcome, although it is a very basic concept, it is hard to achieve in its entirety.

Although I was technically a customer, I felt at home.

And that is an amazing feat to achieve as a business.

    5 Years passed.

I'm now an working adult, and due to the outbreak it is an opportune time for me to do what I always wanted to do. Stream games.

As I've saved up a good amount of money, I had enough to afford a gaming PC for streaming purpose.

Although ages have passed, to my surprise, the first place that came to on the back of my mind was [SPRITE], after all those years.

    So I contacted them.

    I was surprised yet again.

    Rory remembered me.

    and so did Mike.

And they haven't changed at all since.

*Consistency* is the most important aspect to pursue if you wish to build a long-running business.
And looking at SPRITE, makes me believe that this concept is truer than any.

Their customer service was still excellent as always, allowing me to test and run trials with different specs over several long periods of hours in divided in different days of sessions.

In-depth explanation and honest opinions, direct answers with the customer's wishes in mind.

Intuitive. Efficient work, without compromising quality.

I spent around 3000$ for my new PC build.

    Monitor, Tower, Keyboard, webcam.

And I truly felt that every penny I spent was worth the dollar.

And the experience and connection I felt in the store had greater value than you can put words to.

Are you looking for buy a new PC?
Do you need your computer fixed?

Do you have any questions about anything computer related, and want a reliable local source that can help answer you in person?

Are you looking for a store where you can be confident in your decisions?

Go to SPRITE Multimedia Systems Ltd.

Say hi to Rory and Mike and other amazing people who work there.

I can say with the utmost certainty, that you'll never regret it.
