    I had a very positive experience, and highly recommend Ben's Appliances over the big name competitors.

    Bought an over-the-range microwave from Ben's online store. The sale price was very competitive with other Boxing Day sales. Unlike the big name competitors, Ben's had the product in stock so we didn't have to wait for weeks.
    When I went to install, there was a manufacturer issue with the appliance. Ben's provided outstanding service to resolve the issue personally.

    Ben's sales staff were very knowledgeable & able to complete the sale over the phone. Price was right & they had the laundry set we wanted in stock. Installation went very smoothly, they arrived on time, were professional & efficient.
    Ben's was highly recommended to us & we surely agree.

    Kevin, who delivered our dishwasher, was great. He was efficient as well as very capable. He took time to go over the workings of the dishwasher and its regular maintenance by us to get the best life and service out of it. His manner was easy and friendly. He was a treat to have in our house. Also a mention to Russ who helped us at your store to make our purchase. He was informative and effectively answered our questions. He was a pleasure to deal with.
    We have been customers of Ben’s Appliances over the years and our experience with anyone associated with Ben’s has been superb. The only appliance that isn’t from Ben’s now is our fridge. But we know the time is coming and when the time comes the first and only stop we will make will be at Ben’s.

    Ben's Appliance did a super job. My fridge model was difficult to get and took a long time, but Ben's got the fridge I wanted and did a tricky bit of moving of the old fridge downstairs for me as well. They set everything up perfectly and I could not be happier with my new fridge and the service and delivery Ben's provided.

    We had a perfect experience from sales to installation with our new dishwasher purchased from Ben’s appliances. It was our first purchase from Ben’s but definitely won’t be our last. I like that it is a long-standing family run business. Matt in sales was so helpful in narrowing our choice by providing honest pros and cons. His brother Kevin did the installation. Kevin and the dishwasher arrived at the time promised. I really liked that the installation was not contracted out. You really felt that the company wanted you to be pleased and would stand by their product and workmanship. I had a question about our 30 year old still-working fridge and whether a new one could fit without having to take out our upper cupboards. Kevin was able to measure right on the spot and ask his brother and answer the question at once. And lastly we got a personal email about two weeks after our purchase from Shelly to make sure we were pleased with the dishwasher. Not a survey monkey questionnaire but just a short email.
    It was so refreshing to feel that our purchase and pleasure in that purchase actually mattered.
