We open our crawlspace after Christmas to find very wet concrete with a few puddles. A neighbour used SWR and recommended them. I called and they came the following day to clean out my perimeter drains. They couldn’t get all the way around the house and recommended installing an access port. They came two days later and installed the access port and cleaned the remaining perimeter drains that were plugged.

Both crews that came to the house were friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend SWR. Very helpful!!

We had trouble with our sump pump being plugged up and the tub and toilet backing up because of it. Eric and his co-worker were efficient and professional and in and out in an hour. The price was reasonable too. When I called the office, they sent someone out in less than 30 minutes!! GREAT WORK! Will definitely call again!!

SWR was recommended by our neighbour, a long time Surrey resident who has never steered us wrong in hiring trades. SWR "scoped" our perimeter drainage to see if anything needed doing, and then found a collapsed tile, which they returned to fix. They explained everything they did and provided a quote which they honoured. We are very satisfied.

So satisfied that we hired them to install our sink, taps, and dishwasher after we installed a new kitchen counter. Another great job was completed. Thank you, SWR drainage. We will ask for you again.
