(March 14, 2021, 9:04 pm)I asked Chef Baldeep to create a custom menu for a 40th birthday. Meat and vegetarian options. It was to be a memorable experience, that foodies would appreciate. He did not disappoint. Everyone loved the food, presentation, flavours, and the uniqueness of the dishes. He was professional throughout the process. Truly a gifted chef.
