(June 19, 2022, 4:54 pm)I’ve used Marc (Second Generation Landscapes) for 4 major projects over the past 3 years (pavers, retaining wall, stone wall and saw cut steps, sod, fence and decorative arbour). I would not consider using anyone else. Why? His crew provide superior work, are professionals, have always met or exceeded my expectations (I generally have high expectations) and should there be an issue Marc always delivers. This is massively important since my experience is most do not. Marc is very prompt at addressing any concern and will make it right. He has transformed my backyard into a paradise! It’s been 3 years and I still get the wow factor when I step out on the deck. I love it! Thank you Marc!!

The original stone was unavailable so he came up with another very suitable option. -

Marc was wonderful to work with, and helped us see our vision come to fruition. His team was punctual and polite, and did a wonderful job keeping the site tidy and presentable throughout the duration of the job. We would highly recommend Second Generation Landscapes for anyone looking to update their outdoor living space.

(April 29, 2020, 5:33 am)Last fall I contacted half a dozen places about doing some site prep work for my front yard. 2 came out to visit me, 1 was Marc from Second Generation Landscapes. He had the better price and the solid online reviews that made him and easy choice.
We had some chats back and forth about what I was looking to do. How pricey my idea was, and he suggested some some more cost effective options.
I decided I'd reach out again in the new year when things weren't as muddy so we could move forward. He was wrapped up the work in a few week without any hitches. He even had a second look at the retaining wall and thought it might not have the presence I was hoping for in my concept mockups. He suggested building it up a bit more and it looked great.
Now my front yard is a clean slate and I can finally get going on the planting I've wanted to do since we bought the place. Now that I'm out front quite regularly doing further prep on my own, I get numerous complements on the work that was done by Marc and Second Gen.
Good job. Definitely recommended.
