Par is very helpful and gave me advice on what to eat as I have restrictions on my diet. They are also quick to resolve any issues I have had with my orders and offer complimentary items. Would recommend training day for meal prep!

(November 10, 2020, 1:03 am)Went in today around 4 with my gf, after the gym, both of us on the verge of hanger! We recieved the best service. We didnt catch the name of the girl working at the time but she was very knowledgeable and eager to answer our questions. The food was bomb with great portion sizes. On top of all that it was super cheap! Highly recommend this place!

Grateful for Par’s support, in helping me drop some weight and anytime I have nutritional questions she has always been helpful and encouraging to try different meals. I know I’m eating quality whole foods thanks to her and her Training Day Café Family.
