Our property manager hired Devon Hendy to check each and every unit for faulty valves etc in our building. After Devon checked our unit, he gave us an estimate and we agreed that the work needed to be done. We are extremely happy with his quality workmanship and service. We highly recommend Devon! And the bonus is he also repaired our gas fireplace when we were told the parts were no longer available!!!

We had a fantastic experience with Devon. He provided very thorough examination and was determined to fix and find a solution to our problems. Super friendly and possess a well rounded knowledge of most home repair works, which was awesome because it saved us time from having to search for someone else to come fix some of our random minor issues. Again we thought he was super friendly and professional, he even took it upon himself to take some before and after photos to show proof that the job was done properly for our buyers! We've already referred him to our friends and they've reached out to him and was also pleased with his services.

Devon has done two repairs for us so far, and on both occasions he was very thorough. The first involved repairing our washing machine water shut off valves - he stopped by the same day we contacted him to have a quick look at what needed to be done/see what he would need for the job. He was back two days later to do the repair (our condo neighbours needed to be given notice of water shut off, otherwise he would have come the next day).

He also repaired the blower for our gas fireplace fan. He cleaned the fireplace and repaired the fan without needing to order new parts. He is also going to look into the cost of ordering a switch that will work better for us than our current setup for the fan.

We will definitely have Devon back for any other repairs or parts replacements that need to be done!
