Great experience with my Trainer Victor. He is such a knowledgeable person and Drives you to attain your goals. My greatest Motivator and inspiration. I would highly recommended this Gym membership as it is fully equipped and with great staff members. Very clean and follow rules during pandemic.. After so long, like any Gym that much..can spend hours there...

Over the years I have tried several personal trainers with varying degrees of success. For the first time in my life I feel like I have found the Ultimate partner in my fitness journey. Vick is without a doubt the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. Our results speak for themselves (going from 40+% bf to 17%). Trainer Vick delivers well thought out and effective workouts, nutrition and supplementation protocols. Any time he asked me to do something it wasn’t arbitrary, it was backed by science and laser focused on what we are trying to achieve. .

I have achieved what I thought was impossible....losing fat while gaining strength and Muscle. I still feel like I’m at the beginning of this journey but have confidence that with Trainer Vick I’m finally in control of my fitness goals.

I have been training with vick for 9 weeks and could not be happier. He is an incredible trainer, unlike your average trainer he is extremely knowledgeable in and out of the gym. Vick is also very detail oriented, not only in perfecting form in the gym but in observing every detail of your life and finding a way to improve things. He has a tremendous work ethic and will give you everything he has, he truly has made my life much better. I am pushing myself farther in every facet of my life and choosing UP has been the best investment in my future and health. I cant recommend a trainer more highly than Vick because he is much more than a trainer; he's a nutrition coach, health advocate and pretty funny too.

I started with Victor in October, 2019. Honestly, I was in a bad shape. As of today, I am in good shape and I can see my Transformation in 3 months of training and all credit goes to Victor. He is one of the best Trainers when I look around in the gym. Always motivates to push harder and very supportive. He is very passionate about fitness and dedicated to his client throughout the session.

Another best thing about Vick is that he makes excellent diet plans to achieve the client goals. He really helped me in improving my diet. Very Patiently answering all my questions related towards my diet plans.
