I have been dealing with Tentnology for over ten years and I have purchased a large range of their equipment in this time. This company produce a world class range of products and their customer service and communication is without question amazing.

Awesome customer service. I ordered and received a tent in the Fall. I made the mistake of not opening the order until the Spring. When I finally opened the order there was damage to the tent that occurred during shipping. Tentnology investigated the damage with the shipping company but was not able to file a claim with them given the long duration of time (4 months) since the damage occurred. Tentnology stepped up and replaced the damage parts at no charge. They even covered shipping. They didn't have to do this as I clearly should have opened the order when it was received . I might add that I am not a big customer.
