(March 8, 2020, 3:25 pm)I find the customer service very good - for example when it snowed earlier in January I specifically requested a vehicle with 4WW and they brought it from another location - however, they are sold out of vehicles at least 75% of the time I try to book. I don't know how something that simple cannot be addressed by getting more vehicles on a regular basis if they are constantly going over capacity.

(August 17, 2018, 4:10 pm)They rented me a KIA Rio after a collision in my Mazda 6. Definitely not a comparable car. However service was friendly, reasonably priced, and fast.
