(October 5, 2019, 9:13 pm)As a seasonal spinoff of Party City, Halloween City is a good alternative to Spirit Halloween. They may not have as many animatronic displays, but the ones they have may surprise you. Besides, competition is always a good thing. It was still early in October so the store wasn't fully deployed.
