I looked for any real dirt that I could find in dealing with repodeals and could not find any complaint with substance. I had been looking for a piece of furniture for my elderly mom and, the exact type of piece was at this site and for a decent price.
We put in our bid and waited, we won! I picked the unit up a few days later, after taking her old furniture for recycling.
Upon setting up the piece however, I discovered that it wasn't what was stated.
Bringing it back would be troubling because then she would have nothing to sit on!! I contacted the company and I got a fast response, I asked for them to offer a solution.
I honestly expected to be involved in some type of litigation...NOT the case at all.
They handled the situation in a very fair and satisfactory way, and my mom could not be happier with the outcome.
It is very rare unfortunately these days to find a fair company.
We've bid and won 2 auctions from here and I do recommend this company.
It is easy to buy and sell but, what about when there is an issue? This is the difference between a seemingly good deal and an actual truly honest representation of meaningful, standards of excellent business practice.
Kudos to you for doing the right thing, and without haste.

(January 11, 2021, 7:23 pm)Kind and accommodating staff. Bought an espresso maker and it ended up that the pump was broken and they refunded me within 2 days with minimal hassle. Nice to see that a business trusts in its customer base so much! Will regularly be looking for deals on their site from now on.
