However, I've also experienced the lack of service outlined by other customers. My father loves the sausage and makes a special trip when he is in town.

(November 24, 2019, 6:40 am)There sausages here are absolutely made with love, and some of the oldest smoking techniques in BC. Honestly everything here is fantastic. Recently, I picked up some bacon from here to confit for a pizza competition. It turned out amazing, and was melt in your mouth tender. Pics posted. I highly recommend the ogonowka (thick cut).
