Monica is knowledgeable about the real estate market and is familiar with the greater Vancouver area. She is patient (and with me you have to be) and very understanding of her customers needs. If we are not happy with a viewed listing she just moves forward to the next. She is not a high pressure realtor but always seems to throw an idea or suggestion to us that we may of not considered.

Monica is great! My husband and I were selling as well as purchasing and Monica was so easy to work with. She is very flexible and her communication is great. She would keep us in the loop about homes that may fit our needs, and was quick to arrange showings both for selling and purchasing. We really appreciated how she took our requests into consideration and worked with us, rather than pushing her thoughts or opinions on us as we feel some realtors can sometimes do.
