(May 19, 2022, 3:30 am)About 5 years ago I bought a Mustang from Mainland Ford. My experience was so positive that I decided I would always come back and recommend them to all my friends and family. I thought I had the best experience and it couldn't get any better but I was so wrong. A couple of months ago Kelly from Mainland Ford contacted my husband and asked if I would like to upgrade my car. This ended up in both my husband and I upgrading our cars , me with a beautiful 2019 Mustang and my husband a Ford Edge. From start to finish Kelly took care of every aspect of the transaction so professionally and so quickly that I was amazed. Our entire experience was perfect and Kelly simply went above and beyond in making sure we were completely satisfied. We will never ever go to another dealership again. Thank you Kelly . Y&S

Exceptional service, kept in contact, made sure we were happy and explained every thing so we understood what we were getting into. We are extremely happy and give nothing but 5 stars to Robert and the team, we will be back for your outstanding service in the future.

Erfan helped us with our financing and we have never had such great help and experience.!He also spend time without rushing us and explained the details. He helped us alot and we are very grateful.
